This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Dakota Network ("Dakota" or "we" or "us" or "our") uses information it collects on the websites where the Policy is posted, including https://dakota.network (collectively, "Website"). It also applies to emails we send. This Policy does not apply to our use of employee or job applicant information. It also does not apply to information we collect offline.

Due Diligence Analyst Account Information: If you create a Due Diligence Analyst account, we may additionally collect information, such as CRD#, firm name, firm address, firm AUM, and investor type.
Investment Manager Account Information: If you create an Investment Manager account, we may additionally collect information, such as bank information required for ACH transfers or payment card information and any information that you provide about your company, such as firm name, firm address, and user role in your firm or company.
Website and Usage Information: We may collect certain information automatically through your use of the Website. This may include information about the device you are using, such as hardware model, operating system, application version number, browser information, and IP addresses. Browser information might include the general region or area from which you access our Website. We may also collect browsing information, such as which pages of the Website that you access, the frequency of access, the websites you visit when you leave the Website, and what websites you came from.
